Man arrested for raping woman with disability
Province 1, Udayapur, Triyuga, Ward 13 - #GBV, Police arrested 43-year-old Surya Bishwakarma of Triyuga-12 on the charge of raping a 20-year-old girl with speech impairment on Tuesday noon. Bishwakarma allegedly raped the woman when she was alone in her room at Triyuga Municipality-13.
