Man surrenders to police after murdering one in Dhading

Province 3, Dhading, Nilakantha, Ward 13 - #InterpersonalViolence, On September 3, Thursday night,  26-year-old Raju Pariyar murdered 65-year-old Som Bahadur Gurung in Khalchet of Nilkantha Municipality-13, Dhading on and surrendered before the police. According to SP Rabindra Regmi of the District Police Office, after the murder, Pariyar reached the police office at around 1 pm with the deceased's severed head in his bag and the spade he used in the murder. According to the preliminary investigation of the police, the accused killed the deceased in a fit of rage rather than over some serious issue.
