Dozens injured in a clash over irrigating field in Bariyarpur of Siraha

Province 2, Siraha, Bariyarpatti, Ward 1 - #InterpersonalViolence, Dozens of people along with police were injured in a clash regarding irrigating paddy field at Bariyarpatti Rural Municipality-1 Kachanari, Siraha. The clash erupted around  9 pm on Friday after the dispute between the groups of Ram Nath Yadav and Bijay Yadav.The locals said that the cause behind the fight was an old dispute. Among the injured, Dinesh Kumar Yadav has sustained 10 stitches, Shyam Kumar Bhagat have 4 stitches, and Mithilesh Yadav had sustained 3 stitches. All the injured were treated in the Government Hospital of, Siraha.Similarly, the victim’s side had accused that a group of 10 people beat up Raj Kumar Yadav’s wife Swastika Kumari Giri Yadav on a witchcraft allegation.  Furthermore,   APF inspector Surya Dhamala and two other police personnel who were deployed for peace and security on the incident were also injured. Inspector Dhamala had sustained a serious injury on his left hand. Police had taken control of a man in accusation of involvement in the incident.
