Kathmandu, 5 October: Nepal Communist Party standing committee member and chief minister of the No 5 Province, Shankar Poudel arrived Kathmandu on Saturday night and had reached Baluatar on Sunday morning along with general secretary Bishnu Poudel and standing committee member Janardan Sharma.
Later, the same team reached Khumaltar (Pushpakamal Dahal’s residence) and again returned to Baluatar and met party chairmen duo PM KP Sharma Oli and Dahal together.
After the meeting, chief minister Poudel had returned Butwal on Sunday afternoon. Upon his return, NC affiliated students had pelted stones and destroyed the vehicle of the chief minister.
Earlier, during the joint meeting, a discussion was held on cabinet reshuffle and assigning Bishnu Poudel as the finance minister, Janardan Sharma as the communications minister and Surendra Pandey as the urban area development minister.
Janardan Sharma, who was also present at the meeting was saying, “I am not interested in the communications ministry”, Janaaastha News has reported.
