Kathmandu, 5 October: Although the party secretariat meeting was cancelled following the Covid-19 virus spread at PM’s residence in Baluatar, Nepal Communist Party chairmen duo KP Sharma Oli and Pushpakamal Dahal Prachanda held a meeting on Sunday.
They are learnt to have discussed on the reshuffle of the cabinet and other political appointments.
NCP leaders Bamdev Gautam, Surendra Pandey and Bishnu Poudel are eying on the finance ministry. So far, Prime Minister Oli is keen to assign Poudel as the new finance minister, reports state.
As PM Oli himself is interested to assign Poudel as the finance minister, his chance is high, reports state.
