Kathmandu, 26 October: Deputy Prime Minister Ishwar Pokhrel has claimed that India’s external intelligence agency-Research and Analysis Wing (R&AW)’s Chief Samant Kumar Goel visited Nepal as Prime Minister Narendra Modis special envoy.
Taking to Face book, Pokhrel has also claimed that Goels visit was known to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry approved his visit. Defending Olis act in six-point in Facebook status he has mentioned that the Foreign Ministry has securely preserved the contents of the meeting between Oli and Goel.
Pokhrel has claimed that Oli raised the issue of border and publication of new map and remind of Nepal’s stance on it with clear vision of resolving the pending problem.
