Kathmandu, 24 October: The Chairman duo of the ruling Nepal Communist Party (NCP), Khadga Oli and Pushpa Kamal Dahal have issued conflicting directives regarding the Karnali state dispute.
Oli, in a letter to Chief Minister Mahendra Bahadur Shahi, has instructed to reappoint Chief Whip Gulab Jung Shah while Dahal has instructed Shahi to follow the agreement reached between him and Oli. The Chairman had agreed to resolve the case of Chief Whip through the state committee and the state government. Oli ignoring this agreement with Dahal directed Shahi to reinstate Shah.
