Kathmandu, 23 October: The clean feed policy is coming into effect from today, the official deadline set by the Ministry for Communication and Information Technology (MoCIT) last year in consultation with the stakeholders concerned.
The clean feed provision is being implemented as per the advertisement (Regulation) Act, 2019 and all concerned businesses should abide by it, according to the MoCIT.
The MoCIT has urged all concerned organisations to execute thelegal provision and warned that those not abiding by the law would be penalized as per the law.
