Kathmandu, 8 October: Fifteen new fatalities have been reported on Wednesday. With the latest addition, the death toll has reached 582.
According to the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP), among the deceased, 10 males and five females.
Five patients from Kathmandu, two from Morang, and one each from Siraha, Rautahat, Lalitpur, Chitwan, Rupandehi, Nawalparasi and Dang district succumbed to the deadly virus in the past 24 hours in course of treatment.
Meanwhile, four more deaths are reported by the Kantipur daily which has not been included MoHP’s regular press briefing.
