Rape accused arrested in Siraha
Province 2, Siraha, Karjanha, Ward 1 - #GBV, #Children’sRights, Police arrested 20-year-old Laxman Khatri of Karjanha Municipality-1 on July 14 after the victim's grandmother lodged a complaint against the accused of raping a 10-year-old girl in her room on July 11, 12, and 13.
