Youths padlock ward office demanding booze ban in Baitadi

Province 7, Baitadi, Sigas - #Governance, The youths affiliated to the local Mahadev Youth Network padlocked the ward office of Sigas Rural Municipality Ward- 6, Baitadi citing that their demand to completely ban alcohol in the area was ignored by the local representatives.Ward Chairman Dambar Singh Dhami agrees with the demand of the youths but condemns their action and has informed the rural municipality and district administration to ban alcohol completely in the ward.
