Kathmandu, 22 July : The government of has announced an end of lockdown imposed to control the Covid-19 outbreak that was imposed on March 24. Though it has been lifted, few restrictions such as a ban on large gatherings still in place.
Nepal so far has reported 17,994 cases of Covid-19 with 40 deaths. According to the Ministry of Health and Population, 12, 477 persons have recovered from the deadly virus infection.
