Demonstration staged in Janakpur demanding declaration of late Engineer as a martyr

Province 2, Dhanusha, Janakpur - #Governance, The youths of Janakpurdham have staged a protest at Kadam Chowk, Janakpur on July 22 demanding to declare Engineer Satish Kumar Goit as a martyr, who died in an accident while testing the tunnel of Melamchi Drinking Water Project. The protestors blamed the government's negligence for the engineer's death and demanded proper compensation to the victim's family and investigation into the incident as well as the resignation of Bina Magar, Minister for Drinking Water.
