Biplov cadre arrested on charge of rape

Province 5, Dang, Tulsipur, Ward 8 - #GBV, Police arrested 44-year-old Narayan Wali of Dudhena, Tulsipur Sub-Metropolitan City Ward-8 on the charge of raping of a woman living in a rented room by threatening her saying that he is a Biplov cadre. The police have not been able to ascertain the level of the arrested within the party, however, his working area is in Salyan. Meanwhile, Salyan District Secretary of the Biplov group has said that the arrested has not been an official cadre of the party for the past four months and was on probation.
