Teen arrested on charge of raping 7-year-old girl in Kapilbastu

Province 5, Kapilbastu, Banganga, Ward 11 - #GBV, #Children’sRights, Police have arrested Kapil Kafle (19) of Banganaga Municipality-11 on 19 June in accusation of raping a seven-year-old girl.The victim was raped on 18 June and the complaint was filed on 19 June by her family after which the accused was arrested for further investigation, informed Inspector Aayush Kumar Joshi to INSEC’s representative in a phone conversation.Health checkup of the victim was conducted on 19 June at the District Hospital, Taulihawa, informed Saraswati Adhikari of the Women, Children and Senior Citizen’s Centre after meeting INSEC’s representative.Parbati Acharya
