Elderly man arrested on charge of sexually abusing a minor

Province 5, Palpa, Ribdikot, Ward 3 - #GBV, #Children’sRights, Police have arrested Kul Bahadur Rana (76) of Ribdikot rural municipality-3 Batase on 19 June 2020 in accusation of sexually abusing a 13-year-old.The accused had abused the victim on 18 June and the complaint was filed on 19 June. After the complaint was filed, the accused was arrested for further investigation, informed Inspector Suraj Shrestha to INSEC’s district representative.Health checkup of the victim was conducted on 19 June at the District Hospital.Yagya Murti Timilsina
