Nepal Police to procure 50 M worth security equipment for PM

Kathmandu, 23 June: The nation is facing serious crisis due to the Covid-19 pandemic. In such a situation, the Nepal Police is preparing to procure security surveillance equipment worth 50 million rupees for the security of the Prime Minister.

The Police has already called open tender for supply of the equipment.

The Police headquarters is procuring the security equipment following an instruction of PM’s IT consultant Asgar Ali, according to the Nagarik daily.

The Police personnel are in the streets without mask and hand gloves due to lack of fund, in the meantime, the Police headquarters is preparing to procure security equipment for the PM!
