Kathmandu, 8 November : Ruling Nepal Communist Party (NCP) senior leader and former Prime Minister Jhalanath Khanal has condemned the Indian move of including Nepali territory into her land . Issuing a press statement he has said,” Kalapani and Lipulek are Nepal’s integral parts and nobody has the authority to change it.” He has also urged the government to immediately take serious diplomatic initiatives to correct it.
