Kathmandu, 30 November : The by -elections is being held today for the 52 vacant posts in 37 districts where 337 candidates including 253 representing political parties and 84 independent are contesting it. The by-election is being held for a post in the House of Representatives, three provincial assembly members and 48 chiefs, deputy chiefs and ward chairs of local level. According to Election Commission, out of 337 candidates, 253 are male and remaining are female.
