Kathmandu, 26 November:Main Opposition Nepali Congress has shown its serious concern over the delay in the construction of Budhigandaki Hydro Project. The party spokesperson Bishwa Prakash Sharma has claimed that the dillydallying in the construction of the project was painful. He said the government has charged additional taxes on import of petrol and diesel in border points in the name of collecting fund for the construction, which led to collection of 38 billion rupees. But the construction process continues to be delayed. He has also urged the government to be serious in its progress.
