Kathmandu, 23 November: India has unveiled another political map by amending the previous map released on 1 November.
In the new map unveiled this week, after protest from Nepal, Kali River is seen in the same place, whereas names have been removed.
In the previous map, India had accepted Limpiyuadhara as the origin point of the Kali River.
According to Sugauli Treaty, Nabi, Kuti, Gunji, Gabyang villages remain in the Nepali territory. According to former director general of the Survey Department, Punyaprasad Oli, if Nepal will remain silent, India will encroach Tinkar River, 10 kms east claiming it as the border river.
