Two arrested on the charge of raping a 12-year-old in Kailali

Province 7, Kailali, Gauriganga, Ward 4 - #GBV, #Children’sRights, Police arrested 19-year-old Navin Saud and 20-year-old Chandra Saud, both of Gauriganga Municipality-4, on the charge of raping a 12-year-old. Police arrested them based on a complaint filed by the victim. Police are further investigating the incident.
