Kathmandu, 24 June : The Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) has arrested two government officials on charge of receiving bribe.
Acting on a tip-off, the anti-graft constitutional body held Accounting Officer Bhupendra Kumar Singh and Accountant Ranjit Kumar Yadav of Haripur municipality of the Sarlahi district on Tuesday, according to CIAA. Singh and Yadav were held with bribe amount taken from service seekers.
