Chandra Shumsher’s letter proves Kalapani-Limpiyadhura Nepali territory
Kathmandu, 26 May: One hundred 16 years ago chiefs of Garbyang, Gunji, Budi, Chhangaru and Tinker areas in the west Nepal had written a letter to prime minister Chandra Shumsher. The letter proves that presently India encroached area belonged to Nepal reports Kantipur daily.
The chiefs of the above mentioned areas had written a letter addressed to Chandra Shumsher on 18 Asar, 1961 BS informing about domestic encroachment and exploitation of the local people by some feudal in the area.
Responding the letter, Chandra Shumsher had ordered to punish those who have troubled his people.
This is the evidence that the Limpiyadhura-Kalapani territory belong to Nepal.
