Kathmandu, 30 May : The Secretariat meeting of the ruling Nepal Communist Party (NCP) has just kicked off at the Prime Minister’s official residence in Baluwatar.
According to a Secretariat member, American grant, Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) compact is the top agenda of the meeting and efforts will be taken to reach consensus on it for early endorsement. The meeting will also discuss the Constitution amendment bill, coronavirus pandemic and the steps taken by the government to contain it.
