DHANGADI, JANUARY 24
Nepal Communist Party (NCP) Dahal-Nepal faction’s standing committee member Bhim Bahadur Rawal today said that Prime Minister KP Oli’s recommendation for dissolving the House of Representatives was not authentic.
Speaking at a press meet organised in Dhangadi today, Rawal said the president had dissolved the Parliament on the basis of the inauthentic recommendation of Prime Minister Oli.
Sudurpaschim Province In-charge of the party Rawal said that his faction had the majority of party members and his faction was the authentic party.
“The Election Commission will resolve the problem related to authenticity of the party on the basis of majority members,” he added.
Dahal-Nepal faction has planned to organise a protest assembly against dissolution of the Parliament, in Dhangadi.
He said that he was in Dhangadi to prepare for the protest assembly.
Rawal further informed that Puspa Kamal Dahal and Madhav Kumar Nepal would come to address the protest assembly. Earlier, the Oli faction had organised a meeting, which was addressed by PM Oli himself.
