Province 5, Bardiya, Gulariya, Ward 8 - #GBV, Police arrested 23-year old Shyam Tharu of Kothiyagaun, Gulariya Municipality Ward-8 on August 1 on the charge of raping a 20-year-old woman while no one was at her home. Police are investigating the incident.
