Ward secretary arrested on the charge of rape in Kailali

Province 7, Kailali, Bhajani, Ward 4 - #GBV, Police on Wednesday arrested Suman Kumar Chaudhari, the ward secretary of Bhajani Municipality-4 of Kailai on the charge of raping a woman. According to inspector Hikmat Thapa of District Police Office Kailali, police arrested the ward secretary after the victim filed a complaint of rape against him at Area Police Office Bhajani.
