
Kathmandu, 9 August: Senior leaders of the Nepali Congress, the main opposition party, are holding discussions to postpone the scheduled 14th national convention of the party. The party had decided to hold a national convention in April next year. Of late, giving the reason that due to the delay in distributing the active membership to the party workers, the leaders are trying to postpone the national convention date. The leaders are in discussion on setting a new date for the national convention, reports state.
