Kathmandu, 11 December :The Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) has nabbed two engineers at Road Division Office, Pyuthan red-handed with bribe money.The anti-graft body arrested engineer duo Niroj Maharjan and Dhurba Shrestha with Rs two million.According to CIAA, they were arrested from New Baneshwor in Kathmandu.
