Kathmandu, 26 December: In a bid to expand its influence in Province 2, the ruling Nepal Communist Party (NCP) is all set to share the seat of Deputy Speaker with Janta Party in the Federal Parliament after the Samjbadi Party quit the government. Samajbadi Party, having 16 seats in the Federal Parliament is negotiating with Oli and Prachand for the coveted post of Deputy Speaker.
