Kathmandu, 4 December: Pushpakamal Dahal, co-chairman of the Nepal Communist Party, after division of power in the party, has called first meeting of the Party Secretariat at 9 am today. Dahal, at the capacity of executive chairman of the party, will chair the meeting, reports Kantipur daily.
