Kathmandu, 3 January : Under the financial assistance from China, the second phase of Ring Road expansion is all set to kick off in the near future. The second phase of widening works will be carried out in Kalanki-Maharajgunj-Dhobikhola section, according government spokesperson Gokul Prasad Baskota.
