Kathmandu, 29 January : The agenda for the central committee meeting of the ruling Nepal Communist Party to begin today has been finalized. The party’s secretariat meeting held yesterday finalized the agenda. According to NCP spokesperson Narayan Kaji Shrestha. following the inaugural speech by party chair and Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli, another chair Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ will table the political report. Likewise, general secretary Bishnu Prasad Poudel will present the organisational report and table the statute amendment. The provincial chairs will present their respective provincial report. The proposal to hold the NCP’s unity general convention by end of Chaitra 2077 will also be discussed during the meeting. The central committee is meeting almost after 18 months of unification and will run until February 3.
