Kathmandu, 12 January : In a bid to address concerns of India and China, the Social Welfare Council is drafting a strategy policy to discourage international non-governmental organisations from running programmes that can hamper Nepal’s relations with New Dalhi and Beijing.
The draft discourages programmes of international non-governmental organisations that are non-compliance with the principled policy of Nepal for maintaining balanced foreign relations with India and China.
