Kathmandu, 6 January: The ruling Nepal Communist Party has not been able to name new speaker from which the Federal Parliament has become hostage of indecision.
Party chairman and Prime Minister has wished to name Subhas Nembang as the new speaker, whereas, executive chairman of the party Pushpakamal Dahal is under pressure from former Maoist Center leaders to send speaker from former Maoist Center.
Previous speaker Krishna Bahadur Mahara was from the Maoist Center. Therefore, the post has to go for the Maoist Center, they are lobbying.
