Kathmandu, 2 January : Police in Bara district state that an unidentified group has torched the Ncell tower installed at Jitpursimara Sub-Metropolitan City. All equipment have been destroyed. Police suspect banned out-fit Netra Bikram Chand aka Biplav’s men behind the arson.
