Kathmandu, 10 January : At least eight persons died and six others were injured in separate road accidents in Udaypur and Kavrepalanchowk district. According to Central Police News Section, two persons died on the spot when a speedy jeep met with an accident at Tapli Rural Municipality and a teenage girl was killed when a three-wheeler hit her at Triyuaga Municipality.
Likewise, two teenage boys succumbed when a excavator tripped off the road in Panauti Municipality and one person died at Selfie Danda of Namo Buddha Municipality after a tipper crushed him while he was busy on road upgrading and maintenance works.
