Kathmandu, 8 November: Despite the verdict of the Supreme Court to provide free tests and treatment to the patients infected with the Corona Virus, the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP) has denied to abide by the court verdict, thereby compelling patients to pay for the tests and treatment.
Earlier the apex court had issued an order to provide free tests and treatment not only to those who can’t afford to pay and to single women the disabled, front-line health workers, security personnel and cleaning staff but also to all people seeking service.
