Kathmandu, 19 April : The Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA) has announced that the consumers will not be charged any penalty amount on electricity tariff of the Falgun and Chait if it is paid by the end of Baisakh. The period of exempting penalty to customers in delay of bill payment would also be extended in case the lockdown period prolonged.
