Kathmandu, 12 January :Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Defence Ishwor Pokhrel has stressed on the need of identifying Nepal as a sovereign nation globally and enhancing its image was of paramount importance. Addressing a programme organized to mark the National Unity Day in Butwal on Friday, he said the government wished to see all the people united for the safeguard of national unity and integrity with the protection and promotion of history.
