Case files against Oli and Dhakal

Kathmandu, 2 November: A case has been filed against Prime Minister Khadga Oli and Minister for Health and Population Bhanu Bhakta Dhakal accusing them of violating the Supreme Court’s order for free testing and treatment of Covid-19, according to media reports.

The contempt of court case against Oli and Dhakal was filed by advocates Lokendra Bahadur Oli and Keshar Jung K.C on Sunday. The Apex Court on October 13 had issued an order not to charge fee for Covid-19 tests carried out by the government-run health institutions.
