A minor raped in Dang

Province 5, Dang, Tulsipur, Ward 17 - #GBV, #Children’sRights, A complaint was lodged at Area Police Office Tulsipur against a 19-year-old Umesh KC of Dudharas in Tulsipur Sub-Metropolis-17 on the charge of raping a minor. KC allegedly raped the 11-year-old girl on November 3. Meanwhile, the search for the absconding accused is underway. DSP Shiva Bahadur Singh of the Area Police Office Tulsipur said that he could not comment until the accused is arrested and the medical report of the victim is received.
