Kathmandu, 16 October: Newly assigned finance minister Bishnu Poudel, after taking the oath of office from President Bidya Bhandari, has decided to accept loan worth 20 billion rupees from the World Bank. This is the first decision taken by the finance minister after assuming the office on Thursday.
After the finance minister’s approval, the loan proposal will be presented at the cabinet meeting, reports Kantipur daily.
