Kailali man accused of raping 11-year-old daughter

The District Police Office says it has received a complaint about the case. The complainant has claimed the 45-year-old man raped the child on Saturday night, informs DSP Prateek Bista, the DPO spokesperson. The accused is on the run since Sunday and the police have launched a manhunt, according to him.
