Employees of Janaki Medical College in Dhanusa on protest since 17 days demanding salary

Province 2, Dhanusha, Janakpur - #Governance, #LaborRights, 113 employees of Janaki Medical College and Teaching Hospital in Dhanusha staged a sit-in at the temple on the college campus accusing the college of being reluctant to provide the remaining savings fund, Dashain (festival) expenses and regular salary allowance for the past six years and for not implementing the agreement to pay the salary done in September even when festivals are approaching. However, the employees went on strike after the college did not abide by the agreement.
