Police arrests 3 on the charge of raping teenager in Dhankuta

Province 1, Dhankuta, Dhankuta, Ward 6 - #GBV, #Children’sRights, Police have arrested three men on 15 May in accusation of raping a 13-year-old girl. One among them has absconded. The three of them are Gauri Atri, Devendra Shrestha and Bhakta Bahadur Magar. Madan Adhikari a teacher of Gokundeswor Secondary School of Dhankuta Municipality-6 who has absconded is also among the accused, informed DSP Dhurba Kumar Shrestha. The complaint was filed on 14 May 2020 at the District Police Office. Health checkup of the victim was conducted on 14 May 2020. The victim’s health checkup reported her to be pregnant. Ishwor Thapa
