Two neighbor arrested on charge of rape in Kapilbastu

Province 5, Kapilbastu, Banganga, Ward 4 - #GBV, #Children’sRights, Police arrested two neighbors, a 45-year-old man and a 17-year-old boy on the charge of raping a child. The family of the victim said that they had been raping the girl for the last five years.
