Kathmandu, 21 March :The Pashupati Area Development Trust (PADT) has issued a notice putting a ceiling of 25 persons for funeral procession at the Aryaghat. According to PADT, the decision has been taken in line with the government decision prohibiting gathering of more than 25 persons at public places.
