Kathmandu, 6 March: The Commission for Investigation on Abuse of Authority has filed case at the Kathmandu Special Court against rural municipality chair.
CIAA has filed case against Krishnabahadr KC, chair, Jajarkot, Junichhade Rural Municipality and Ward Chair Rajbahadur Shahi on the allegation of taking commission from different service recipients.
